Luna Capital is a web-based portfolio tracking and analytical platform designed to provide Users with tools and information for monitoring investment portfolios. The Platform offers:

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• AI-generated content that is incorrect, misleading, or biased

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for Platform access in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Analysis

The Platform utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to generate analytical insights, market commentary, and portfolio assessments.

Important Limitations:

• Not Investment Recommendations: AI-generated outputs are analytical tools, not investment recommendations or advice

• Potential Errors: AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data compilations, are the exclusive property of Luna Capital and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Platform content without express written permission.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or Platform use shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Denmark.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
